LoriBrooks.net is a founder and media site. It describes our work, hosts information about Coffee Connections, and points visitors to Presence or MoreTime AI when they choose to go further.

The site is not a law firm, accounting firm, or licensed financial advisory practice. Content is for general information. It is not legal, tax, investment, or professional advice, and it is not a promise of revenue, leads, or results.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to use this site or submit a request. You may not use the site if doing so would violate applicable law.

LoriBrooks.net does not require an account to read public pages. If we add a form, waitlist, or booking tool, you agree to provide accurate information and to use it only for lawful purposes. Accounts, passwords, and subscriptions for MoreTime AI or Presence are created and managed on moretimeai.com under that product's terms.

A request on this site (including "Start Presence" or "Work with Lori") is an inquiry. It is not a completed purchase until you complete checkout, sign an order, or otherwise accept the offer on moretimeai.com or in a written agreement we send you.

Scope, price, term, what is included, what is not included, refunds, transfer of a website, and cancellation for Presence or a MoreTime AI seat are stated on moretimeai.com/presence, moretimeai.com, or in the order you accept. Those documents control if they conflict with these Terms on those subjects.

We may decline an inquiry, including if the work is a poor fit.

Coffee Connections with Lori Brooks is a media property. Episodes, clips, titles, and guest appearances are editorial. A Presence launch interview, when offered, is part of that offer's onboarding. It is not an open booking on the show and does not create a right to airtime, sponsorship, or ongoing coverage.

Show links may send you to YouTube or other platforms. Those platforms have their own terms.

You agree not to:

• use the site for unlawful, harassing, or deceptive activity;
• scrape, overload, or interfere with the site or its security;
• attempt to access non-public systems, accounts, or data;
• submit content you do not have the right to send;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• use the site to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.

The site, including text, layout, graphics, logos, Coffee Connections marks, episode artwork, and the Lori Brooks name as used here, is owned by us or our licensors. You may view the site for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or reuse our content, marks, or photos for your own commercial site or training product without our written permission.

MoreTime AI names, the M-shield mark, and product screenshots remain our product branding. Third-party marks belong to their owners.

If you send ideas, comments, or materials through a form or email, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use them to operate and improve the site and our services. Do not send confidential information through the public site unless we have a signed agreement that says otherwise.

The site links to moretimeai.com, YouTube, and other third parties. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of those services is between you and them.

Some links on LoriBrooks.net may be affiliate links. If we earn a commission, we will disclose it in line with the FTC's endorsement guides. Compensation does not change the price you pay unless a page says otherwise.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that pages will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful code. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Results vary. We do not guarantee revenue, growth, search ranking, or any financial outcome from reading this site or from work you later buy elsewhere.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Technology = Equality LLC, Lori Brooks, and our officers, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business, arising out of or related to the site or these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for claims arising out of the public website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This cap does not limit liability that cannot be limited under Massachusetts law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where such a waiver is unenforceable.

Paid Presence or software purchases are subject to the liability terms in the MoreTime AI agreement you accept.

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

Our collection and use of personal information on LoriBrooks.net is described in the Privacy Policy at /privacy.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If a change is material, we will post a notice on the site or email the address you gave us, when we have it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.

Before filing a claim, you agree to email Info@LoriBrooks.net and allow thirty (30) days to try to resolve the dispute informally.

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, plus the Privacy Policy and any written order you later sign, are the entire agreement for use of LoriBrooks.net. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a reorganization or sale of assets.
